About the Farm and what we’re looking for:
2020 marks our 21st year of diversified pesticide-and-herbicide-free vegetable, fruit and flower production. In 2018 we fed 280 families through our summer CSA, 100 families through our fall CSA, and 50 families through our spring CSA, as well as onsite farm-stand, farm store, and restaurant sales. We are looking for hardworking, enthusiastic, self-motivated team players, serious about farming, with a positive attitude, stamina to work 10 hour days, move 50# bags, follow directions and pay attention to details, while having a good time for our Field Crew and Harvest positions. We value those looking to stay with us into the future to build a greater understanding of what we do here, and thus become an asset to our farm.
Tracie’s Community Farm is located in the Monadnock region of NH, on 33 acres most of which is prime agriculture soil, classified as Becket fine sandy loam. We are 20 minutes from Keene, 40 minutes from Brattleboro VT and Northfield MA. We are 5 minutes from a beautiful lake where we go swimming on hot days, 10 minutes from Mt. Monadnock and many other great hikes in the area.
