Curried Cabbage and Cashews

  1. 1/4 cup butter or olive oil
  2. 1/4 cup cashews
  3. 4 tbsp ginger chopped
  4. 1 tbsp cumin seed
  5. 1 full six inch head cabbage chopped
  6. 1/2 tsp turmeric.
  1. Sauté butter, cashews, ginger, and cumin until cashews and ginger are golden.
  2. Add 1 full six inch head cabbage chopped and turmeric.
  3. Sauté over medium heat until tender. Add salt to taste.
