CSA CookbookThese can be ordered during the CSA season and added to your basket or through the weekly order list. Sign up here if you would like to be added to the farm email list so you can receive the weekly order list to see what is available during the fall, winter, and spring months.

Honey is available from Bee Tree Farm in Chesterfield. If you'd like to order 1# jars, they are $6 each. 2# jars $10. Strawberry-Rhubarb, Blueberry, Raspberry jam are available in 1/2 pints for $4.50.

Maple Syrup--Grade A Light, Medium and Dark as well as Grade B is available from Granite Lake Maple Products-- all types same price for size. Pints for $4.50, Pints $8.50, Quarts $16.50, Gallon $32.

Homemade Granola is available from Log Cabin Granola for either 9 weeks for $65 or 17 weeks for $120.

Bread shares are available from Orchard Hill Breadworks for $75 for 15 weeks of bread after the first 2 weeks of bread that are included in the shares. The Country Loaf Seeded with sesame will be the base bread, mixed in with specialty breads like cinnamon raison and kalamata olive loaves. Let me know if you have specific requests.

The Seasonal Recipes from CSA Farms of the Monadnock Region cookbooks are $10 for members, $12 for non-members picked up at the farm in Sullivan or $15 if you want it mailed to your home. It includes about 150 recipes in chapters based on the harvest season. There are also storage tips and a color photo on the cover. It provides a great variety of simple and delicious recipes that will inspire you to use the bounty that will be coming your way during the harvest season and throughout the winter.
